THE VILLA

VILLA HALCYON -   A QUALITY DETACHED 3/4 BEDROOM FAMILY VILLA.

The Villa was built in 2001, and we acquired it in February 2006.

Since then we have made several changes.

A private 8x5 mt freeform pool, terracing, and two conservatories have been added.

   

We have also upgraded the furniture and most recently tastefully decorated it throughout.

The Villa is set in a quiet, gated community. and within easy walking distance for both the Naturist "La Mosca" beach and the beautiful "Playa Flamenca".
The extremely popular "Flamenca Beach" and the "La Mosca" Commercial Centres with their vast array of shops Bars & Restaurants are a few minutes stroll away, and for your everyday fresh provisions both the Lidl and Supercor supermarkets are also very close by.

Transfer from Alicante Airport is 45 minutes & Murcia Airport 25 minutes via the AP7 toll motorway. Transfer to and from the Villa can be arranged for you through Clydegrovegolf.com at the min cost of Euro 40 per trip. The price depends on your arrival airport and the number of passengers in your party.

While you're on holiday try to pay a visit to the bustling harbour city of Torrevieja which is situated a few kilometers North and is easily accessible by Bus, Taxi or Hire Car.  Here you will find a multitude of High Street and Designer Shops like Zara, C&A, plus the very popular chain store Carrefour. There is also a Casino, Bowling, Cinema, IceCream Parlours, Cafes, Night Clubs (like the infamous"Pacha") several beautiful flat white sandy beaches, the Marina and the extremely popular Aqua Park.  You will definitely be spoilt for choice.

Why not enjoy a mix n match holiday. Whilst the sand, sea lovers and kids enjoy swimming and building sand castles at the beach, the Golf enthusiasts have several golf courses to choose from within 10 a minutes drive. These include Villa Martin, La Finca & Las Ramblas.   Or for those wannabe "Tennis Aces" the hospitality of the Orihuela Costa Tennis Club awaits you close by. Here you can enjoy having lessons or playing a match or two followed by a swim. Make a day of it and have lunch in their Restaurant too. Later on enjoy your alfresco dining on the Villa terrace and chat about your day!!!!

GROUND FLOOR:-

The beautiful lounge features Luxury Leather Furniture, a living gas open fireplace, air-conditioning and an extendable dining table with seating for 6/8. There is a 32" flatscreen digital TV with Satellite reception. a DVD/CD player, portable CD/radio and a wide range of books DVDs and CDs for you to use and enjoy. The fully equipped kitchen has superb granite worktops and breakfast bar, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, smoothee maker, microwave and sandwich toaster. An adjacent utility area houses the washing machine and vacuum cleaner etc.
Completing the downstairs accommodation is a fully tiled bathroom with bidet and over bath shower, and two twin bedded rooms, which can easily be re-arranged into doubles. Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes, bedside tables and ceiling fans. They each have patio doors that lead out into a new, large furnished conservatory, which also has 2 ceiling fans and a TV which can be used in conjunction with your own Wii, Playstation or for just watching the wide range of dvds on offer for your enjoyment. This versatile room can also be used as an occasional bedroom with its new double and single sofa bed or as a separate dining/breakfast room as it has an extendible circular table and 4 chairs, or just as a nice place to chill and relax.
The Villa has also Gas central heating and marble floors throughout.

FIRST FLOOR:-

The large, bright, master bedroom has a vaulted roof, a golden pine King Size 4 Poster bed, with matching bedside cabinets, and chest of drawers. A fitted double wardrobe, linked sky tv and desktop pc with colour printer/copier on a golden pine workstation complete the room. There is a large en-suite fully tiled bathroom with shower over the bath. From the bedroom, Patio Doors lead through to a private conservatory, and on to a large south facing sun terrace which enjoys sea views and overlooks the secluded garden and new private free form swimming pool. There is plenty of room for sun beds and patio furniture.

GARDEN:-.
Here you have a secluded, private, enclosed garden with mature fragrant flowering shrubs and trees. There are lockable footpath and driveway gates and a driveway with space for 2 cars and an integral Garage. The private pool side terrace is fully paved with ample room for sun-lounging and the tiled patio has a large wood & iron table and 6 chairs for alfresco dining.

*Close local contact for help, extras, (Car Hire) etc.*
*We offer a Meet and Greet service from our Property Management Company. So on your arrival at Playa Flamenca you will be met, and escorted to the Villa, shown around and given a set of keys.
There will be a charge of Euro 20 for this service if your arrival is outside of their normal working hours          (Monday to Friday 9.30am to 6pm), which is payable to their representative at this time.
*Airport transfers can be arranged at a min cost of 40 Euro depending on your arrival airport and the size of the party.*
* 20% Booking Deposit accepted up to 6 weeks before arrival date, thereafter full payment will be payable.*
